Merritt: mother of 3 beautiful daughters + photographer

When I started my business, I focused a lot on young children and babies. And while I still love photographing the little ones, I fell madly in love with working for teens and young women. As a mom of three daughters, I know how important it is to build a girl’s confidence. With my seniors I get to design a whole photoshoot around their style and personality, I get to pamper them and make them feel beautiful, I get to celebrate them! I love their reaction when they see the back of my camera and realize there’s no photoshopping, no filters… it’s just them being beautiful! And it allows them to see what we see when we look at them! That experience is priceless.

It’s a journey, a lesson, a forward movement & it has my attention. I love my job.  xo Merritt
